DOGE, X, Wife and Assistant, Elon Mask’s Consistent Tactic on Fire People and Improve Productivity
Elon and his DOGE agency are stirring up a massive wave in the U.S., and even though I am on the other side of the ocean🇨🇳, I can still hear the roar of the waves. 🌊
What did DOGE do? They eliminated many U.S. federal agencies and dismissed many government employees.
I don’t want to discuss any political issues, but Musk’s strategy is undeniably consistent with his usual style.
When it comes to evaluating an employee’s value, his typical approach is: first, fire or put the employee on leave. If work continues smoothly, then that employee is no longer needed. If work comes to a halt, then he’ll rehire the original employee with a higher salary.
From Mary Brown to X and now to DOGE, this has always been Musk’s strategy.
